Delta Tower Fluid ST

The Delta Tower Fluid ST is a single tool Fluid 3D-printer with a high precision volumetric dosing system for the additive manufacturing of low to high viscous, one or two-component fluids and pastes such as silicone, LSR, resin, PU, ceramic, etc.
In contrast to other dosing systems, extrusion can also take place reverse (retraction), which enables controlled material tearing without oozing.
The smallest possible extrusion amount is 0,0208 µl.

The print bed does not move during the print process and allows the built-up with fluid materials without deformation.

“Single tool” means that just one tool can be used for printing in a print process.

The Delta Tower Fluid MT is a multi tool Fluid 3D-printer with high precision volumetric dosing systems for the additive manufacturing of low to high viscous, one or two-component fluids and pastes such as silicone, LSR, resin, PU, ceramic, etc.
In contrast to other dosing systems, extrusion can also take place backwards (retraction), which enables controlled material tearing without oozing.
The smalles possible extrusion amount is 0,0208 µl.

The print bed does not move during the print process and allows the built-up with fluid materials without deformation.

Multi tool means that up to 6 tools can be used in one print process.

The Fluid MT rests in a rigid, heavy housing to absorb vibrations caused by the continuous movements of the heavy printheads. The installed components of the printer are of highest quality and allow an expected lifetime of >8 years.
